## Support

Email **support@serql.io** for product support, billing questions, data requests (access, correction, deletion, portability), and partnership or press enquiries. Include the email address on your account and, for data questions, the property URL involved. We aim to reply within two business days.

## Bug reports and feature requests

The core application is open source. File bugs and feature requests at https://github.com/snowopsdev/serql/issues. Please do not post credentials, tokens, or Search Console data in public issues.

## Security disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, contact us privately at support@serql.io before any public disclosure. We acknowledge reports promptly, keep you informed while we investigate, and credit reporters who wish to be named. Our security practices are described at https://www.serql.io/security.
