# Serql terms of service (summary)

- **Service** — Serql is an analytics platform that connects to Google Search Console for enhanced reporting, classifications, and trend detection. Paid access is sold as Solo and Team subscriptions.
- **Accounts** — provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- **Search Console data** — by connecting Google you grant read-only access and confirm you have the rights to do so. Serql never modifies Search Console.
- **Acceptable use** — no unlawful use, reverse engineering, interference with the service, or unauthorized scraping of the web application. Programmatic access should go through the documented API and MCP server under your own credentials.
- **Share links** — anyone with a link can view that report without logging in; you are responsible for what you share and can revoke links at any time.
- **Intellectual property** — Serql retains rights to the service; you retain ownership of your data and your Search Console data.
- **Billing** — subscriptions renew on the chosen interval until cancelled; the billing owner is responsible for payment and for members they invite.
- **Warranty and liability** — the service is provided "as is"; liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- **Termination** — either party may end the relationship; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
- **Changes** — material changes are announced with reasonable notice; continued use is acceptance.
